Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login, deposit, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ns2122 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players with dormant accounts will be notified via the email address registered to their account before any fee is applied.
ns2122 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all registered Players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be approved. The KYC process requires Players to submit the following documentation:
